They provide breakfast (delicious croissant) and a coffee. And also an afternoon tea. The bar/restaurant sadly closed at 2pm - it would have been nice to be able to have a drink before going out. The rooms open onto an internal courtyard, and ours only had a window right onto the main corridor. However this meant it was cool - but a bit dark for me. The hotel is in a lovely arty area, and a short walk to the main town areas.

Great Location in Barrio de Jalatlaco. Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. But the hot water slowly fluctated between scalding hot to cold. With a head full of shampoo lather, one shouldn't have to wait for a period of 2 - 3 minutes of cold water to pass in order to rinse. This is the only reason for my low rating.

Wonderful staff which is the overall experience in Oaxaca and Mexico. If noise bothers you make sure to secure a room on lower level. If hard. Beds bother you get a double not a king. The king beds are rock hard. The doubles are slightly softer. Great location

Lower level rooms are much quieter. King beds are rock hard, doubles are a little more comfortable. Get ear plugs if you get an upper room. Hot water spotty. Staff are super nice and welcoming which is very much the Oaxacan experience. They are all very friendly and welcome people.

We had an amazing stay here! The location in Jalatlalco is perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The whole place is clean, and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping team to the restaurant crew. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always happy to help. Overall, just a really comfortable, easy, and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back.

Everything was phenomenal from the moment we arrived. Service is 10/10. Anything you need they are there. Food service to your room, taxi ready when you need, courtesy wake up call. Daily bread, tea, alcohol in the courtyard. Beautifully decorated and rooms spotless.
