It is close to so many good food. You can take the free KL bus which is close by. There is hot water and you can refill your water at the lift lobby. Ironing is also available for free to use. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Great placement just 5 minutes away from good shopping, spacious, clean and comfortable room and two amazing pools overlooking the city. After check out we were allowed to hang out by the pool until our flight. Will definately recommend!

Acceptable for the price that I paid. But the room is way different than the pictured room. All pictures looks nice and clean but reality it's not at all. So dark and seems dirty. No curtains for bath and bath is easy close to the toilet so after shower, the toilet is going to be wet that makes me feel disgusting. Wall, and door were so thin so you can hear what people talking about clearly from the wall. I woke up at 6am because of the sound from the next room which is like someone bouncing ping-pong ball onto the floor. Also some people needed to check out early morning so I could hear the loud voice from the door. In KL, I guess you can find better hotel with same price. Not recommend this hotel.

Good stay with one gripe

Room was nice and clean. Service was very good. My only gripe would be that coffee mugs had lipstick stains. They were not cleaned well. Overall, it was a pleasent stay. Security was very good. A key-card is used for the door and taking the lift.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Wish we never stayed here, We paid for a particular room, but the room we got was nothing like what was pictured. They put us in a damp room that had little bugs crawling on the floor, walls, table tops, everywhere. Was disgusted. They moved us to a different room but then we had to PAY more for the room! I could not believe this. There was construction going on all night which was so loud, and in the main lobby work was going on which was in the ceiling area - dumping asbestos insulation on the heads of guests walking by! Additionally, someone from the front desk banged on the door at 10 pm at night demanding for the first room key to the room with the bugs :(which we turned in already) but were disturbed abruptly at that late hour for a room key?!?! We could not believe it. Shady front desk staff. Did not want to even return my room deposit without a receipt- but they never GAVE us a receipt! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. A TOTAL RIP OFF ON TOP OF IT. THE LOCATION GOOD THAT’S IT. There are other places much better and cheaper than this. STAY AWAY!
