Decent location with good views, room was ok but funny smell in bathroom, air con was very noisy and bed wasn't comfy. Shower wasn't great either. Free parking was great.

Très bon hébergement!

Si vous arrivez en voiture, ne vous laissez pas guider pas votre GPS qui tentera de vous faire passer à travers la ville qui est "Zone a trafic limité" ; contournez plutôt la ville et passez les stationnements P3 - P4, vous arriverez sur la Via Folgore da S.Gimignano et tournez à gauche à la 2e rue, ce sera Via delle Romite. Comme ce n'est pas un hôtel avec une réception, il faut communiquer avec le propriétaire par téléphone à votre arrivée. Par chance pour nous, quelqu'un était déjà sur place, de plus il s'exprimait en français et en anglais ce qui a facilité notre arrivée. Le stationnement gratuit dans une cour fermée fut très apprécié. L'endroit est très calme et près de tout. De toute façon, il faut découvrir San Gimignano à pied après que les cars soient partis le soir ou encore tôt le matin. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter.

Certainly one of the greatest places in Tuscany with superb architectural setting and views. The local wine Vernaccia is excellent, best to be bought in the town due to choice and price (surprisingly low for its quality and unique taste).

Il parcheggio è lontano dalle squallide camere che affittano, sparse per tutto il centro del paesino. Tv minuscola con poca ricezione wi fi non funzionante pochi confort carta igienica e saponi contati. Orario del check in alle 14 invece che alle 12 come era scritto, siamo stati in giro due ore prima di poter scaricare i bagagli, non penso ci torneremo

Il check in doveva essere alle 12, ci hanno detto che la camera sarebbe stata pronta per le 14 e quando siamo arrivati il proprietario è venuto con un'ora di ritardo. Alla fine la nostra camera era in un altro albergo quindi abbiamo dovuto prendere le valigie e attraversare San Gimignano. Noi volevamo andare a Siena nel pomeriggio ma abbiamo dovuto riorganizzarci.

UMA ENGANAÇÃO! PÉSSIMO

Uma enganação. Fiz minha reserva no Hotel Le Romite em San Gimignano. Acontece que ao chegar lá fomos encaminhados para um outro hotel denominado Locanda Il Pino, que é claramente inferior ao que solicitamos. O quarto não possuía ar condicionado, não possuía secador de cabelo e o wifi que existia nunca funcionou. O hotel em questão era relativamente longe e tivemos que carregar nossas malas por 3 quarteirões para chegar. Um absurdo!

Centralissimo, consigliato (hotel Casa De Potenti)

Io avevo prenotato una camera all'hotel "Le Romite", appena fuori dal centro ma con parcheggio gratuito. All'arrivo mi è stato detto che la camera aveva un problema al condizionatore e mi hanno spostato all'hotel "Casa De Potenti" sulla centralissima piazza delle Erbe. I due hotel sono dello stesso 'gruppo'. Sono stato accolto da un signore molto gentile che mi ha aspettato in strada, mi aveva chiamato anche per darmi indicazione su come raggiungere il parcheggio. A proposito, il park è distante un centinaio di metri ('due passi') dall'hotel Le Romite. Camera graziosa (l'ultimissima al piano-mansarda, pulita, bel bagno. Solo la porta della doccia sapeva da "vecchio". Colazione non compresa, su prenotazione a 5€ mi pare. Comunque è possibile fare colazione in tutte le piazza. C'è un bar a destra della porta d'entrata. Scale abbastanza strette e ripide. Consigliatissimo.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft an der Stadtmauer in einem ehemaligen Kloster, was jedoch einen besonderen Charme hat. Herrlicher Blick in die Landschaft, wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt.

Chambre spacieuse en plein centre de cette ville magnifique. Un bon est fourni pour un petit-déjeuner dans un café sur une des places de la ville.

Not very happy

We did not stay here, they said they had no rooms left, so placed us in another b&b which was fine. But we found out that the new place was 35euro cheaper than what we paid we were meant to of had breakfast but no one gave us the vouchers we needed even thou we spoke to someone on the phone. This was a total nightmare I have reported this place well the owner to hotels.com and I would be very careful if you don't speak the local language. Don't recommend this place in anyway what so ever.
