Upon arrival there was no soao, shampoo (sink/shower) all bottles were empty and towels only for 2 people not for 3….reception however fixed it and next day all was in order and room spotlessly ckean sadly the following day housekeeping did not ckean very well…hotel as such is amazing in great and very convenient location so will definitely return as most staff is amazing and very helpful and breakfast also fantastic

I like this hotel and always stay when in the area. I was given a larger room than normal, but it did smell of smoke. I was offered a room change, which I declined as I couldn't be bothered by this time to move. Housekeeping came up and sprayed the room and opened the windows.
Room had 2 x double beds and behind lift area so was nice and quiet, could do with a towel rail near to the vanity unit. Staff always pleasant.
