Our second time staying at the hotel. Staff are always lovely and very helpful. The location is fabulous over looking Newquay and the sea. New owners since beginning of tue year and really seeing a difference since our last stay. Already looking forward to returning again.

Super staff, excellent location! The property is dated and it shows. Breakfast spread was sufficient but not expansive and felt monotonous eating the same everyday. Overall, I’d say slightly on the expensive side but definitely a great place to explore Newquay and thereabouts from.

As a solo traveller, The Atlantic was a great hotel to stay at. Really close to Newquay town centre with all of its' beaches, bars and restaurants. I felt really safe walking to and from the hotel by myself. My room was fantastic - very spacious and super clean with a view of the town and beaches on both sides of the balcony. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a nice hotel well situated for Fistral Beach and for access to the town. Our room had a great view of the sea. We enjoyed the breakfast service with the polite and attentive staff. The housekeeping was a little hard to come by - you need to request it which is fine but nobody told us! However the rooms were very clean. This is an old building which was not designed with AC and whilst we had a fan to keep noir room cool I think it could be inconsiderable in very hot weather. Check out at 11am seems a little early but there is a lounge you can stay in.

The room was presentable, there was quite a lot of mould on the windows, and seagull droppings all over the windows. The breakfast was good and the staff was presentable and professional. The hotel could probably do with an update, the hotel is on a beautiful location close to fistral beach and a short walk to the town centre

Das Hotel liegt exponiert oberhalb der Klippen direkt am Meer. Man genießt einen grandiosen Ausblick, insbesondere aus dem Frühstücksraum. Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Die Ausstattung war gut. Kostenfreie Parkplätze am Hotel waren vorhanden. Die Innenstadt von Newquay liegt unterhalb des Hotels und ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

The room we stayed in looked very tired and needed some TLC. The 1st time we stayed the room was lovely separate shower and roll top bath in the en-suite. The bed & bedside cabinets could have done with being moved as the skirting boards and the carpet up to them was in need of a good dust and clean.

The view from my balcony room was amazing and the room in a very good condition. The hotel itself is dated. They could do with modernising the space and also their food menu.
