A equipe da recepção é nota mil: muito educada, receptiva e sempre pronta para ajudar. Contudo, infelizmente, não posso dizer o mesmo em relação ao restante do hotel. As acomodações são péssimas, com camas de baixa qualidade. As cortinas estão muito sujas e as fechaduras das portas são coladas com fita durex. inacreditável, mas é verdade. No café da manhã, a experiência também foi bastante negativa. As copeiras são extremamente mal-educadas e não informam que é possível solicitar tapioca. Quando pedi para fazerem uma, fui enrolada até desistir. No dia seguinte, ao insistir no pedido, fizeram cara feia. Além disso, o café da manhã não é apenas simples ou com poucas opções. Trata-se de um problema sério de qualidade. Frutas e frios aparentavam estar estragados. No primeiro dia, pensei que fosse pelo horário, mas percebi que a situação se repetia diariamente. O presunto estava visivelmente deteriorado todos os dias. As frutas quase podres. Os sucos não saem adequadamente da suqueira, o que me fez questionar a higiene do equipamento. Os pães aparentavam ser de dias anteriores. Quanto aos ovos mexidos e à salsicha, sequer tive coragem de experimentar. Óbvio que farei uma denúncia na vigilância sanitária.

Ponto negativo: o chuveiro não estava funcionado, fui à recepção e o colaborador falou que não podia fazer nada naquele momento. Depois ele disponibilizou outro quarto somente para o banho.
