Staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked two tours through them and it was very nice!! The rooms are very cozy and very clean!!! The staff does an amazing job in cleaning the rooms. They have a restaurant as well you get 15% discount for being a guest at the hotel. I think it’s in a great area. Walking distance to majority of the things and i love that it had parking included!!

Absolutely beautiful property. Conveniently located to Fifth ave and right on the beach. Our reservation included daily breakfast which was delicious and service was exceptional throughout the hotel. Only downsides are the bathrooms could use a renovation and the nearby nightclubs can be quite loud at night but neither were huge deals.

Very nice small hotel, right on the beach. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, made to order and delicious. Also, the restaurant is right on the beach, so great view while enjoying the food. Walking distance from the ADO bus stop, convenient to get to and from Cancun Airport. Also, very close to shopping/dinning on the 5th Avenue. Overall, great location and great staff.
