The condition of the bathroom was absolutely horrible! There was built up dirt and grime around the border of the flout. There was a 1 inch gap in front of the tub that the tile was never matched up to the tub. That was filled with grime and dirt as well. The tub was stained and there was no metal stopper or ring around the drain. It was just jagged edge. The shower was only a medium trickle. There was white paint all over the curtain. The night stand was so small and the phone took up most of the table. The phone did not work. The plugs in the nightstand did not work. The USB chargers did not work. The ice machine was broken. The person in the office offered to order us a pizza when my husband inquired about pizza places. It would cost us $20 for a $10 pizza if she ordered it. We ordered it on our own and my husband went to pick it up. The whole place looked like low income housing. For this we paid $75.00. Rip off!

Absolutely terrible hot water is a shot in the dark very dirty room door had a gap to outside all the way around the door you could see outside room has been damaged and partially repaired everywhere I can’t believe anyone could have anything good to say about this place without being paid or fake do not allow children here under any circumstances I’ve never actually seen anything this bad in my life

Upon entering the room given to us, the room had a very strong odor of cigarette. Bed was not made, trash was still in the bins. The room was dirty! As we went to check everything, I saw a backpack under the desk. We rushed to the door and did not go through the bathroom anymore to check because everything seems unsafe already. We went back to the front desk and informed them of the room’s condition but they just gave us another room. The way going to the new room was dirty with towels and trash scattered on the way (pool area). There were 2 guys smoking weed under the stairs and we met a strange guy with garbled speech on our way. We decided to just leave the property and got in touch with Expedia to get a refund however the property manager refused to give us a refund. Lesson learned. Reviews are important when booking online.
