Terrible experience. The hotel didn’t have the services listed to the hotel description. Expedia was not able to even contact the hotel. I lost time, money, and had a very bad experience at the hotel. I am leaving Expedia too. They were not able to resolve my issues.

O hotel é bem localizado e encontramos o quarto bastante limpo, o que contribuiu positivamente para a estadia. No entanto, dois pontos podem ser melhorados e acabaram impactando nossa experiência. A internet não funciona nos quartos. Na recepção fui informado de que o sinal depende de repetidores, o que dificulta bastante para quem precisa trabalhar ou utilizar a internet com estabilidade durante a hospedagem. Além disso, achei o café da manhã com poucas opções, principalmente em relação às frutas, o que poderia ser ampliado para oferecer mais variedade aos hóspedes.

A localização é central e a equipe é muito atenciosa. Mas, o hotel é bem antigo. Ar condicionado barulhento, colchão estranho, não tem internet nos quartos, apenas na recepção. Não digo que não voltarei, mas não será a primeira opção (e nem a segunda ou terceira).

Eu acho que é um hotel legal pelo preço, mas que deveria entregar um pouco mais. Localização muito boa, perto do metrô; Quarto ok; Ótimo atendimento e check-in rápido, apesar de ter que preencher papelada - check-out foi bem rápido; O que precisa de uma melhoria urgente é a internet, algo básico... Funciona apenas em áreas comuns do hotel e nos quartos só funcionam os dados móveis. A smart tv estava conectada ao Wi-Fi, mas qualquer coisa que fôssemos assistir parecia que estávamos assistindo a vídeos curtos, assistindo por trechos, de tão ruim que é a internet desse hotel. Café da manhã justo, mas já vi melhores pelo mesmo preço da estadia.

Hotel com comércio e restaurantes próximos, mas a região é rodeada de menores infratores. Vi muitos furtos nas proximidades. O café da manhã é bom, mas o salão não acomoda todos os hóspedes em determinados horários, tem que esperar mesa desocupar para tomar café. Outro problema: o hotel não oferece wi-fi para os quartos.

Os atendentes são excelentes e o café da manhã foi bem completo pra quem não tem dieta muito restritiva: tinha ovos, torradas, frutas, cereais, granola, leite, achocolatado, café, salgadinhos e outras coisas. A água do chuveiro estava maravilhosa de forte, ar gelando (porém barulhento) e tudo limpo, no entanto, tudo é muit antigo, inclusive o cobertor fornecido, era áspero e com várias bolinhas de excesso de uso, mas estava com cheiro de limpo. A localização do hotel é excelente, mas vimos uma tentativa de furto e muitas crianças usando drogas, infelizmente, acredito que por ser em alta temporada, fica mais perigoso. Fomos andando para o metrô e feira da glória, tudo muito perto.
