The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel was outdated and a little ran down. The water park was a nice addition, but the water was cloudy and the abundance of chemicals burned our eyes. We stayed in the hotel section, so maybe the cabins were better.

Everything was clean and tidy. Just quality of furnishing was less than usual. Also limited outlets was a problem. Hot tub was adequate but tricky to get in and out of. Overall stay was good, not sure I would return.

We did a basic room and it had a musty smell. We brought an air purifier which helped the air quality by a lot. The blankets had us itchy all night, so I would probably bring my own blanket next time to ensure I am not itchy.
