10/10 Exceptional

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy; the $25/day charge seemed comparable to other hotels. The only downside was the size of the bathroom to include a very small toilet. The rest of the room was spacious and comfortlable.

Charming space, very clean, excellent staff, but we had no hot water from our shower.

Very clean. Laundry on site. Great staff. And great food and drink at the Nick.
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

Old place and a curious setup, but the location is great, the parking ideally convenient, and the facility immaculate. The room we were in was large, with a little kitchenette and a tiny bit useful office alcove--it seemed like a layout from a Bogart movie. We were unable to check in on line due to a Hotel.com glitch, and to he in-person procedure was quite cumbersome, so do it on line if possible.

Quiet, comfortable room. The kitchenette was a great convenience. Close to the lake, many fun restaurants, and shops in easy walking distance.

8/10 Very good

Enjoyed the ambience and the environment. The glass bowl sink in the bathroom was a very nice touch. Was surprised that coffee/beverages and any sorts of breakfast amenities had additional fees. For a space of this price, one might anticipate those things being included in the stay. However, very much enjoyed the food/drink/staff of the Knick restaurant on site.

8/10 Very good

Great space and location. It rained while we were here and the rain hitting on the window unit air conditioners made it hard to sleep. It was very loud and we aren’t used to window units. Otherwise it was a great place.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was clean and very comfortable, but the online check in was unnecessarily detailed, lengthy and complicated. That experience might discourage me from staying there again.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Room was not ready upon arrival and required a 3-hour delay in room check-in. Parking is around 25.00 a day. Room was great and was a great location for the Milwaukee air and water show. Breakfast and coffee is served but you need to pay additional for these amenities. Would stay again despite the challenges
