This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 weeks. I had very few issues and they were taken care of immediately. I’m planning on returning in December and will definitely stay there again. Housekeeping staff was amazing!!!!

From the moment we checked in we were treated like we were the most important guests in the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. The choices for breakfast were incredible. Lots of fresh fruit, light fare, heavier dishes, multi-national. Just terrific. If I had any issues during my stay, they were addressed immediately by the staff. My only complaint, and not the hotel’s fault, is that the street is very noisy with lots of honking.

The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. However, I did encounter one issue that was disappointing. The body lotion provided in our room had hair inside it, which was quite off-putting. For a 5-star hotel, I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. It's unfortunate, as it detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay. I hope they address this in the future, as I would love to return.

Overall is ok, just that I am disgusted with a used condom on the room which I had just checked in on the first day. Isn't it supposed to be 5 stars hotel and I booked business room.
