Wonderful stay here. Staff are so friendly, the breakfasts are homemade and delicious, with local delicacies that change daily. Room with air con was great, and there's a shared tea and coffee station with fridge that was helpful to hold leftovers. The staff even helped me reheat them and set up a table for me in the breakfast area to eat at. Such a convenient location too, I am definitely staying here if I return to Chiang Mai.

What a clean, charming hotel! My family stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts and staff members are super nice and friendly; they allowed us to check in earlier and stayed a little longer as my wife was not feeling well. We enjoyed the fruits and variety of breakfast as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ching Mai.

I stay at Baan Hanibah every time I visit Chiang Mai. The location is super convenient and quiet. The wooden guesthouse is built in a historical style. A yummy breakfast is included—they even provide gluten free options if you let them know about allergies. Most of all, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I truly look forward to staying here.

My husband had a medical emergency while we were staying at Baan Hanibah, and Luk Nai and the rest of the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. They will always hold a special place in my heart. The setting is lovely and the location makes it easy to get around the city.

Baan Habinah was the perfect choice we can made for our stay in Chiang Mai. First the location is perfect. Inside the old town but close to all facilites, restaurant and main road. Then this mansion is a perfect peace and restfull house. We were a family of 4 and we got the 2 bedroom. Very clean and everything in wood. The staff (2 young ladies) is incredibly welcoming and friendly. There attitude would be the main reason to stay here. Breakfast was good with some hot options. Again a very great choice to stay in Chiang Mai
