After getting completely soaked in the rain, we asked for some extra towels—there were only two bath towels and two small washcloths in the room. To our surprise, they actually charge for extra towels! Definitely not what we expected.

Wednesday and Friday the hotel does Not offer city tours. During Ramadan the less than tasty breakfast is not available in the dining area, no tourists allowed. Your breakfast is placed on a tray in the hallway outside your room where you are expected to eat it.i have never experienced this. In our opinion pay a little bore for a proper breakfast in a designated dining area. For $80. In Asia we consistently do much better. Boys, a hotel staff driver came to our rescue by offering a “Free” city tour of all the highlights. His ability to speak English, his local knowledge and patience were excellent and appreciated. It transformed our visit in a most positive way. Thank you Boys your most kind offerings are sincerely appreciated.
