The room was very clean, but the hot water was caution bowl and the parking amenities were impossible. And to pay a lot of money for a hotel room per day and then have to pay $25 per day to park your car which is blocks away. That’s kind of rough.

The hotel is currently part hotel and part section 8 housing. The room fortunately was fine and comfortable, but the hallways and other parts of the hotel seemed as if they were falling apart, and there was constantly an unusual smell of cleaning fluids permeating the hallways.

Overall great value. Overall a good stay with a few things. The room looks like it was furnished with sheets and window dressings from Walmart. No black out shades or room darkening so you’re up with the sunrise whether you want to or not. The blow dryer filter was filthy a sure fire hazard. Some nasty hair and dirt came out of the drain while in the shower. No desk or chair of any kind in the room. Each morning I went down for coffee and there was an empty pot. The bar was not open at any time throughout the weekend.

My husband and the dog were denied at the time of check in. Where ever you have written in your website that you don’t take dogs over 35 lbs was hidden. You are not a full Hotel, you are section 8. I should have known that. Your staff was very condescending and firm and was not helpful with another alternative or solution. They were kicked to the curb. And because it was booked through Hotels.com and that makes it a third party I’m out of luck. Believe me they will hear from me as well. My husband had to turn around and go home. It was ok for the one night we needed. The Room was missing a night stand and the sink a plug. It is an older hotel, so the tubs drain was outside of the tub not obvious but once you found it, I you could drain the tub after your shower. You can tell the hotel that had some renovations but definitely not as the pictures described. The air fresher in the lobby was really strong. The staff was friendly and helpful.
