It was great accommodation. One thing that the hotel - I think - does not clean the rooms everyday. I think it's upon the guest request.

Unsafe Hotel – Child Injured Due to Negligence On our first day, before even checking in, my child tripped over unmarked metal barriers in the parking lot and broke their elbow. This happened right in front of reception, yet staff ignored it and offered zero help. We spent the first day in the hospital, the second day in check-ups, and then went home. The hotel gave no medical assistance, no real compensation, only excuses. They are 100% at fault for our child’s injury and lucky I didn’t pursue legal action — though in Turkey, it would be pointless. If you value safety, avoid this place at all costs.

Aile banyosundaki ve genel havuzlardan biri aşırı sıcak, diğer havuz da herkes oraya girdiği için hijyen açısından iyi gelmedi. Şu sıcaklıkları daha iyi ayarlansın isterim. Bir de bu kadar kaliteli bir otelde gerek termal gerek yüzme havuzu daha büyük ve çeşitli olsun isterdim. Çocuklarla aynı havuzlara girince hijyen konusunu biraz zorladığınu düşünüyorum.
