직원과 의사소통 안돼고 인터넷사용불가

이호텔의 체크인 시간은 오후5시30분 이후라고 되어있습니다. 그 이유는 그때까지는 프론트에 할아버지가 있어서 전혀 의사소통이 되지를 않기 때문입니다. 오후 6시가 되어야 아들이 나타나는데 아들은 영어가 가능하지만 조금의 불편함도 해결해주지않습니다. 분명히 객실 무료와이파이라고 확인을 하였음에도 와이파이가 되지 않아서 아들에게 말했더니 자기 폰하고 라우터와 연결된것을 보여주며 내 스마트폰이 문제라고합니다. 라우터에 인터넷라인이 연결되지않고, 전원만 꽂아 있어서 라우터와 스마트폰이 연결은 되지만 인터넷신호를 받을수는 없습니다. 당신폰으로 인터넷 실행해보라고하니 안됩니다. 저녁에 연결해준다고 하더니 새벽1시경에 약한 와이파이가 잡혔습니다. 그것도 아침 7시까지만 겨우 어렵게 인터넷화면이 뜨는 정도입니다. 3일간 내내 인터넷사용 못했습니다. 항의를 해서 되는 사람들이 아닙니다. 예약화면에는 아침포함이라고 되어있는데 아침에 가게에서 빵 한봉지와 종이컵에 커피한잔 주는것이 다 입니다. 저가 호텔을 많이 이용해보았지만 이런 경우는 처음 경험합니다.

Unmögliche Gegend, nicht sehr gastfreundlich

Der Stadtteil war schrecklich, die Hausherrin unfreundlich, Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Frühstück haben wir keins bekommen, hätten aber auch dort nichts gewollt. Für den Preis darf man aber auch nicht mehr erwarten!!!
