Not far from the main stations, Euston is nearest then St Pancreas and Kings Cross, which is only a 20 minute walk. Small compact room with en-suite shower room but well planned space. Small double but all we needed. Kettle and fridge meant we could buy our breakfast to have before the 11am checkout. Bought my own teabags! Nice restaurants nearby and a 30 minute walk from the West End, we were at the Lyric Theatre. Would use again as only cost £110.

Over charged me on agreed price so had to raise this and get a credit which will take several days to come back to me. Funny, it doesn’t take that long to charge! Rooms basic but ok. Very noisy, walls like paper. Any sounds feel like they are in the room with you. Location great for Euston station access. Nice pub next door as well.

Excellent value for money. Check in was easy and efficient. The room was clean. We didn’t make use of the kitchen but it looked well equipped. The bed was comfortable, though a little small. The only negative was another guest arriving in the room above at 4am which was quite noisy until they settled down. I would stay again.
