The staff were very lovely. If you are a family, you need a Level room. They are very good. The beach is beautiful and the breakfast was very good. It’s an easy distance from the airport and the Marble Mountain is easy walking distance which was a really great way to spend a morning.

This hotel is truly exceptional—immaculately maintained, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful details that make for an unforgettable stay. The kids’ club is outstanding, keeping the little ones engaged and happy with fun, well-organized activities. We especially loved the complimentary bikes, which made exploring the lush, resort-like grounds feel like a family adventure through paradise. From the stunning pools to the pristine beach and the array of activities available for all ages, everything exceeded our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Guest Relations Manager, Ngo Nhung, whose warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. Although the weather was not very good, we were extremely satisfied with our 4-day stay. The kind and attentive staff, the delicious breakfast, great facilities, and comfortable room with excellent room service made our stay perfectly relaxing. Delar av hotellet var under renovering. Vi fick ett väldigt fint bemötande. Rummet är fint och fräsch då det är uppdaterad och delvis renoverad. Jag upplever att det var lite ont om personal på frukosten men alla jobbade hårt och ser till att man har det bra. Området är bra planerad men alla resorterna är lite off site från centrum.fock gillar jag verkligen rummet och lugnet. Jag har varit här för 10 år sedan och kommer att välja att återkomma då området där melia är är fint vit badstrand. Vi hade det lite otur med vädret då det var konstant mellan 40- 50 grader men Ac är verkligen starkt och man kunde själv styra temperaturen vilket är ett plus. Ett av dem bästa av systemet jag har haft i ett asiatisk land. Luktar inte fukt utan rummet var uppdaterad och modern. Toaletten var bra planerad då man kunde använda av flera personer samtidigt. Vi fick ett rum med balkong som dem hade glömt möblera. Allt löses på 10 min när man bad om dessa uteplats möblerna. Bra ljudisolerade rum vilket inte är en garanti för grannar som stör. Receptionen löser problem fort när man påpekade detta. Receptionen är trevligt och var mycket tillmötes gående. Om det blir fler resor till Ada Nang så kommer vinst välja Melia igen då helheten är bra. Rent och trevligt personal gör en bra semester. Monica

Fantastisk resort med gode, store og rene rom, kjekke basseng med god strandbar og senger ved sjøen. Ungdommen synes det var litt usentralt ved ankomst, men Grab (lokal Uber) fungerer supert, og er billig så kveldene var vi i Da Nang sentrum. På rommet var sengene litt harde, da kom de kjapt med noen ekstra dyner vi kunne ha under. Ikke alle kan engelsk, men det var lett å finne noen til å hjelpe seg. チェックインの時は、前のゲストがまだ、チェックアウトしてなく、どうなることかと思いましたが、その後のスタッフの気配りは大変よかったです。ホテルで時間を過ごすなら静かで大変良いロケーションです。

Veldig bra beachresort

Overall et veldig bra beachresort. Bassengene er store og fine, prisene er rimelige, solsengene er gode, god service, frokosten e veldig bra og variert. Bassengene ligger rett ved stranden som forøvrig en enormt fin strand. Dette hotellet byr på to typer rom. Et ved selve hotellet og et som de kaller for «the level». I sistenevnte får du tilgang til all day afternoon tea og privat basseng. Jeg ville frarådet alle til å bestille dette da rommene er dårligere (mye innsyn/lite private) og det er ingen som bruker de private bassengene. Bruk heller de få kronene ekstra på det som heter superior rom og får et luftig og stort rom men fantastisk utsikt over resorter og sjøen. Skal jeg pirke på noe så er engelsken til de ansatte begrensert, men det går igjen i Vietnam generelt. Gymen er svært begrenset med lite utstyr.

We were at the Level room - Great service, great food, and clean facilities (pool, spa, massages). My family was very satisfied overall. Highly recommend.
