Great location ,apartment tired and very basic .no clothes for kitchen, no small soap for bathroom .No bottle opener. Guys at front door were great . Advertise pool bar. No there isnt ! Some noise from local bars

not to helpful with booking and very confusing pre arrival info, the wifi is non existent and cost me a fortune to pay a roaming tarrife for my phone. however friendly staff especially the gate man and cleaners. nice view , very big balcony and comfy bed. we would stay again if in puerto colon.

Could not gain access after following all relevant procedures,we had to give our passport details to a parking attendant, nobody spoke English, poor communications, a cleaner let us in but we couldn't leave apartment until we had an access code which took 2 hours to receive after giving an email address.Poor,however great location shame about the service

Not great to be honest. Apartment could do with a refresh eg fresh paint job. Pool very small, bar not open although accept that may be seasonal. No reception and electronic door log in was very touchy, lot of messing about just to get in more often than not. Wouldn’t be back.

Fantastic location

We stayed in a duplex (2 bedroom) apartment for 5 nights and have enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The location is top drawer with views of palm trees, the marina and out towards the sea. Despite the great location it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was really well equipped. We’d definitely stay here again.

Pros: close to everything. Cheap. Appeared to be superficially clean (caveat: resident cockroach). Cons: very large cockroach in bathroom (owners: he lives under the toilet brush container - his name is Keith and he’s very fast). Bed slats weren’t attached and had to be refitted. Extremely noisy from buses, traffic and attached janitors cupboard door (room 101). Very insecure - the digital lock (no physical key) only locks the outer plastic sliding shutter not the inner door. Regarding check-in/out, you use the parking attendants of the port car park to access reception to store cases etc. whilst they were very friendly, I’m not sure this would have been possible if I didn’t speak Spanish. Sadly, wouldn’t return.

Our appartment was very comfortable i would stay here all the time, starting with the security man at parking entrance such a loveley man and so helpfull cleaners where excellent and realy freindly we had a isue with safe and shower head maintenance was there in no time at all great service, i needed a late check out lady in reception replied straight away with no problem at all great place to stay local to bars and restaurant the staff are great.

Good clean accommodation, parking for 3€ a day was a bonus otherwise I could have been parked anywhere, very difficult areas for parking. Loads of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Missed having air con Well priced for its location.
