The good thing about this hotel is the location. It's close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Spas, restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance. It's lively outside until late at night, but it's not that bad inside. It's nice that there's a bathtub, but it was the worst when the sink and toilet got flooded after taking a shower. It's okay for single use, but if you're staying with a partner, the person who uses the bathroom later won't feel very good. And there was another big problem. I left my T-shirt and bracelet at this hotel. At first, I thought it was only the bracelet that was lost, so I asked the manager about it, but he said that they hadn't found anything else. However, I later realized that I had also left my T-shirt in the room, which seemed strange. A small bracelet might be overlooked, but I can't imagine that the cleaning staff would miss a T-shirt as well. So, unfortunately, it's possible that the cleaning staff didn't do their job properly. The front desk manager was very nice, but my experience at this hotel was not very good. Please be careful with your personal belongings. If you forget them, they won't come back.

It's right in the old quarter so it's old school. It was pretty good, the staff were good and friendly. We chose the penthouse which is on level 11. The lift only goes to 9 then you walk up 2 flights of stairs. It was 37 degrees in the room when we got there. The balcony was excellent once the sun went down.

最初の2日間はツインの部屋にエキストラベッドの狭い部屋だった。おかしいと思ったけど、ついたのは夕方で疲れていたし、次の日も朝早くからオプショナルツアーだったので、おかしい旨を紙に書いておいていたら、夕方、連絡がきて明朝部屋を変わることになった。エキストラベッドはベッドマットもない、脚が一つ壊れており、まるで板の上に寝ているような状態を２日強いられた。何も言わなければ、そのままにするつもりだったのか？部屋がないにも関わらず、予約を受け付けたのかはわからないが、もしそうなら論外。普通はチェックインのときに説明があるべきだし、ホテル側の手違いでこうなったのだから、アップグレードした部屋を提供すべきでは？途中で部屋を変わるため、またパッキングしないといけず、2日間の差額も返ってこない。とても残念。 部屋は綺麗にしているが、2回目の部屋には前の人が使ったのか、掃除の置き忘れかわからないタオルが放置されていた。しかも２日目以降、ベッドメイキングはしてあるが、床掃除はしていない。トリプルなのに洗面台にはコップは２つしかない。シャワーは飛び散り、乾燥するまで床はびしょ濡れになるから足拭きマットは役に立たず、気になりすぎてゆったり浴びられない。排水は悪い。 屋上のプールは1家族でいっぱい。タオルはあるが椅子も2？3脚しかないし、先客がいた場合、使うには気まずい。結局私たちは利用しなかった。 食事はおいしかった。その場で卵料理とフォーも作ってもらえる。毎朝、少しずつ変わっていたので、飽きることなく楽しむことができた。 スタッフは親切。特にドアマンは気付くと笑顔ですぐドアを開けてスムーズに出入りできるようにしてくれるし、入り口に少し階段があるが、荷物も持ってくれる。 ロケーションはいい。コンビニもスーパーも近くにある。

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping were all very helpful and friendly. I was happily surprised to be able to check in a couple hours early. The room was huge, very comfy king bed and I highly recommend the balcony room. The breakfast selection is a smaller buffet but has all the hits and delicious croissants. The pool is small but a nice reprieve from walking around during the day!
