Great location - tube station and grocery stores just 5 mins walk away. Finsbury Park in front of the hotel.. Neat & clean rooms with all the comforts. Very caring & hospitable team. Enjoyed our stay !

Rooms are old and small

A room fit for purpose

Overall the hotel was good. The onsite staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern and an appropriate size and the hotel is in a good location. However, we didn't receive any check-in details and got very lucky that a member of staff was on site when we arrived.

Simple and easy stay.

The staff was amazing! Very welcoming and helpful. Super easy check-in and check-out. The room is as described, but the entire building could use an upgrade. Downside was how much you could hear when someone walked up and down the stairs outside the room. Close to the Manor House underground and also has a busstop nearby. Great park nearby if you like morning strolls.

Perfect location with a car

Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Due to us using the car the hotel had parking but it was a quite a walk, however there are a lot of restaurants and two good pubs on the walk. Perfect location outside the congestion zone with great acces to the tube. The room has everything needed for a short stay, for us the bed was a little small as we are used to a larger one. The only drawback was the traffic noise so if you dont have earplugs and are a light sleeper ask Andy for a room at the back. Staff especially Andy are great really helpfull.

Ok for the price. The bath room is very poor. Cramped and the plumbing is very mediocre. The shower took a long time to drain. If I had a shower for any length of time it would have overflowed. Minimal flush in the toilet. This could be remedied by a decent plumber or just possibly a good clean out of the drain.

Hotel ist okay.

Von außen dachten wir zuerst 'Um Gottes Willen.' Innen sah es aber ganz anders aus. das Hotel ist modern und scheint relativ neu renoviert. Das Team ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Allerdings sind sie selbst für Londoner Standards sehr klein und da die Fenster noch einfach verglast sind auch sehr laut. Die Lage ist eigentlich ganz gut. Leicht zu erreichen und dicht an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mit Supermärkten und ein paar Restaurants nah bei. Die Gegend ist aber nicht gerade die schönste und beste Lage Londons.

The staff were disgustingly rude towards my partner. We also didn’t sleep a wink due to the person staying above us was walking around all night. We paid £100 for a room that was even smaller than the average box room in a house/flat absolute rip off. The staff threatened me and my partner. I would not stay here again even if I was paid to. **AVOID**
