very very close to the bus station. If you plan to take the bus the next day, it can be a great option for you. No restaurtants close to that place, so the best option is to use the hotel's cafe for dinner (buffet), which is not that bad. I was very surprised to see how many customers eating dinner at a hotel cafe! Due to the short distance to the bus station, it is not a very safe place with some traffic jams all the time. Overall, if your goal is to take a bus, it is a good choice.

However after she failed to do that, and I talked to the manager, he gave me the room with a view. I stayed here to celebrate my parents’ honeymoon and our last two nights in Brazil together. I’d arranged a special treat in their room, confirmed multiple times, yet it wasn’t delivered as promised. When I asked the concierge, they mentioned it should’ve been arranged directly on Intercity’s site due to full capacity. Since I enjoy using Expedia, I didn’t see the need to book through the hotel’s site. The treat did eventually arrive, but only well into our stay, which felt disappointing. Additionally, my room’s air conditioning didn’t work on the first night and was only fixed just before check-out. I later learned the previous guest had the same issue, so it was already known to the staff. On the positive side, breakfast was great, the common areas were lovely, and the night crew – concierge, maintenance, and valet – were attentive and professional.
