This is our second time coming back here, two weeks ago we were here and fell in love with the environment and the services over here, the last review was a mistake from Expedia. The hotel looks like an old French colonial building with beautiful wood and tiles. The rooms have balconies and are super well appointed. It has two pools, it is a 10 minute walk from downtown and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Thu at the bar and Duong at the restaurant were super accommodating. If you decide to go to Can Tho, this is an excellent choice.

Charming Hotel in Can Tho

If you, go to Can Tho in Vietnam, stay at the Victoria Resort Hotel. It's right on the Mekong River, and they have a great walkway along the river. The architecture is reminiscent of Indochina, so it has a wonderful, warm feel. It's much better than the sterile, boxy hotels. Food is excellent and the staff is warm and caring. It's really hot from May until October, so if you have a choice, go between November and April.

Absolutely a beautiful hotel and resort

This was our second visit to this hotel in 2 years and we truly in joy the location along the river. The staff are all amazing and quite pleasant. They have (2) huge swimming pools and a great buffet breakfast. What more do you need? A boat trip on the river, yes they will arrange one for you as well. This resort is a must should you come visit the area. 100% worth the money.

Victoria Resort is a sprawling older colonial-style Mekong luxury resort hotel. During my March 24-26 stay, it was not crowded, felt very relaxing & had lovely views of the Mekong by its 2 large outdoor pools. Staff are eager-to-please guests, well-trained and spoke fluent English. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious, with a vast spread of high-quality, delicious foods & drinks. Only drawback I felt, is that the rooms' toilets are fairly small and do not have natural lighting. Though the toilets have thoughtfully-installed safety features like Grab-bars, tower rails. The room is otherwise very comfortable and well-appointed. The balconies are large and airy.
