Overall, the apartment was spacious and clean. The only issues are a weird patch on the roof of the bedroom that was supposedly due to a water leak where you can sometimes hear water dripping noises from, and the heat gets quite overwhelming if you get a top-floor apartment like I did.

Pretty much fine only minor niggles

Having three different codes for three different doors was a bit tiresome but once inside, the apartment was comfortable , spacious and well equipped. Parking could be challenging so it would have been helpful to know that it may be a problem. It was hot when we stayed .we we’re on the third floor and had the windows open overnight and we’re disturbed on a couple of occasions by inconsiderate guests shouting in the courtyard below . A fan for every bedroom might be a good idea so you can keep the windows closed overnight if it’s hot. Overall though the apartment was really pretty good .

Great place, but no aircondition.

Det receptionists were very friendly and serviceminded, the apartment was great for the price, first floor, not much noise, high ceiling, a big main room with shared livingroom and kitchen and a big dining table. Tvs in both bedrooms and the livingroom. I would stay here again, BUT there is no adequate circulation of air, you have to keep the windows a bit open, the only place with a went is in the bathroom, so maybe keep the door open to the bathroom. One bedroom is without any windows and airvents, and you will have to keep the door open so it doesnt get to warm and/or you will have bad air during the night if you are two persons. There are three big fans for every room that are quite good, but that doesnt help with getting new air in, and they are noisy (like all fans), if put on the highest level. For me it disturbs sleep. One of my friends actually went into the living room to sleep because it got to hot one night. I have no idea why they didnt installed airducts/vents when they refurbished the apartment, because its clear they put effort into it, and it has good standard. The location is good, not so far to the ubahn, and then just a few stops to Zoologischer Garten that will connect you with most trains/buses/ubahns. 3.40 euro to get there with connections from the airport (1.10 hours.), around 40-50 euro if you use an uber (25-30 minutes). I recommend this place, but beware of the situation with an lack of aircondition. If you dont mind using fans, go for it.

The apartment was well stocked. It was also spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. One of the court yards could have had a little extra light late at night but it was a fantastic stay and will do it again. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing staff, clean room, great location. Wifi was not reliable, but that is not staffs problem. The front desk is only open till 17:00 (5pm) so if you don’t have internet connection it is difficult to check in and provide deposit, had to make security deposit in cash (which was returned upon check out) Very much recommend this location as it is walking distance to everything.

It was a little misleading that the listing says there is laundry facility on site. In fact what it means is they can help you arrange laundry service with a 1-day turnaround. The hotel called me, where I told them of late check in. They promised to send a self check in link, which they didn’t . So I wasn’t able to check in at 2am on the street and have to find another hotel by myself. And I need to work next morning 7am. Avoid this hotel at all cost

We had a late check in, 9pm and there were no lights at the entrance of the property. Had I been by myself it would not have felt safe as the area around the property is rough. There was no way to call or speak to anyone. The first night we had to endure loud noise as there was a party next door. If you’re a female traveling by yourself, I definitely do not recommend this place.
