Close to tube, shops, river, restaurants. Stayed during the lockdown and easy to get shopping delivered within an hour of ordering. Plenty of restaurants to order food from nearby. Right next to Ravenscourt Park and a short walk to the river.

It would be lovely if the flat has another bathroom. And on our 2nd day of stay the unit below us had a party, it was so noisy until pass midnight that we had to call the customer service to report the noise.

After the extremely annoying task of having to photograph myself holding my driving license, and blank uand t half the numbers on my credit card and email them to someone... (sigh) why? The actual stay was very pleasant, and it is always nice to be able to cook and have space to spread out. The apartments are large, warm and the bed is comfy. The position was perfect, right near where I was working for a couple of days. There are plenty of nice restaurants walkable from the flat. Would definitely stay again. Just don’t make me send a whole load of photos off by email beforehand?

Ruhige Lage, Supermarkt in der Nähe (Tesco). Viele Restaurants, Die Wohnung war schön. aber die Betten mit 1:40 seht schmal Teilweise Lärm von Zimmer oben. Was ein wenig irritiert ist das man bei ein Aufenhalt von 4 Nächte , nicht das Gepäck ein Paar Stunden vorher abgeben kann. Auch haben wir nur 2 WC rollen bekommen, und 2 Geschirrspühl Tablette für 4 Nächte. (4 Personen) Die Kommunikation funktioniert "just in time", Bestätigung kamm erst am Vorabend. Gut ist Ravenscourt U-Bahn Haltestelle ist 3 min. zu fuss, direkt verbindung ins Zentrum-

The price I paid for a 2 br flat was very good, and having access to a full kitchen - and so much space - was great. However you can hear every footstep from the apartment above, and even voices and TV. The check in process was not great. They ask you to send photos of your passport and credit card via unencrypted email which is just asking for trouble these days and is likely in contravention of the Data Protection Act. I refused and they did meet and greet at the property at 1:30pm (there is no check in desk!) and allowed me to drop off my bags, but I was not given the key even though the apartment was already clean and ready to go. Then the communication about the key handover was very poor and difficult to understand. I never received the check in instructions by email (they swear they sent them twice but I never got them) and was only able to get access because a staff member by luck saw me standing outside the front door. Did not get access until 4:45pm. Overall, three hours of my afternoon were effectively wasted.

Harmmersmith Q one apartment is the best place to stay especially if this is your first time in London. It is very easy to get around the city, neighborhood was quiet and clean. This is home away from home, we love it and will definitely stay here again.

Schoon, modern ingericht, mooie keuken en badkamer. Geen drukke lawaaiige buurt, maar toch redelijk centraal gelegen. Deuren openen met code en kluisje werkt prima. We hebben geen gebruik hoeven maken van de receptie. Bedden helaas veel te smal en harde matrassen. Tevens gehorige vloer...lopen van bovenburen hoor je goed.

It's nice and convenient. Subway, supermarkets and restaurants is within 5 minutes distance. The apartment face and located next to a park, very private and quiet. Water problem next day, we need to use a bucket to hold the water from upper floor and dry the apartment when we return. Key safe out of power, we were real lucky arrived just 20 minutes before the cleaning lady left. She had given us her key. Otherwise we couldn't get into our the apartment that night. Other than this, nice place in London. Very roomy .

Very comfortable flat next to Ravenscourt Park. Clean and well equipped. Had issues with noisy neighbors though - residents were having a party in the communal garden.
