Very clean and safe. Staff is great and if you don't want to eat at the restaurant there are a lot of options just outside and across the street. Its kind of like a food court of taco places a couple of restaurants dairy queen carls jr and a sushi place. Great place for a quick stay just south of the border.

Great staff and wonderful customer service so far. The heating system is not functioning properly.

The property is very close to the plaza and located in a safe area, which we really appreciated. One challenge we encountered was that none of the staff spoke English. On busy days, this sometimes led to confusion and made it difficult for the staff to fully assist guests. I would recommend having at least one staff member who speaks English to help ensure smoother communication with guests who don’t speak Spanish.

One if the tvs didnt work. No outlets in main room to even charge phone. Microwave didn’t have a connection to plug in. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
