Très bel hôtel

Nous avons été surclassé à l'hôtel car on voulait 2 lits d'une personne, nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 salles d'eau et une belle terrasse. On avait réservé 2 nuits et nous sommes restés 5 nuits tellement on était bien.

Motorcycle Adventurers' Review

First, the checkin was speedy and they served us cold fruit juice on arrival, which was exactly what we needed after a long motorcycle ride. Second, the room was huge and clean. Although the shower was a little let down, but it did what it was supposed to do. The TV in the room was a smart TV, a plus to have. Third, it can be quite a walk to the nearby Ao Nang beach. But the hotel is definitely safe to park your big bikes. Fourth, the food served by the hotel was great and the pool was very clean. In summary, its a good hotel for the price. It where we slept the best for our 10 days motorcycle trip.

Lugnt och trevligt ställe

Ett bra ställe om man vill koppla av vid poolen och sola. Maten var sådär, men helt ok om man vill slippa åka ner till stan bara för att äta lunch t.ex. Några gånger per dag får man gratis skjuts ner till stranden, övrig tid får man skjuts för 50bath per person. Trevlig personal på hotellet.

Hyvä ja hiljainen/rauhallinen hotelli. Hyvä äänieristys huoneissa ja huoneet ovat tilavia. Paikat ovat hieman kuluneita ja pientä pintaremonttia tarvittaisiin. Ainoa merkittävä miinus tulee uima-altaiden roskista, vesi ei houkuttele uimaan. Kaikesta huolimatta varaan varmasti uudelleen.

I don't often write reviews, but this is a curious hotel. I was here for eight nights in low season. As reviewed, it is clean and very quiet, and, for me, in a good location. A previous reviewer wrote in about a broken ashtray. I had a tiny drop of blood from a sore on my face, and I was charged 150 baht. okay, but tacky. I was in the process of buying a motorbike with my wife, a Thai national, and the "staff", after eight nights, had a problem with allowing us to take her ID for five hours. Tacky. Staff were pleasant enough, sort of, bored and looking at their telephones. I think there are management problems. It is a very nice hotel at a good price, but my sense is that there is a "boss" who is making bad decisions. A "customer" is a customer, who is paying money, and every effort should be made to take care of a customer. A customer is not your advisory. Starts with management. But in choosing a hotel, it's a good place.

God oplevelse, renlig hotel/pool. Værelserne rene og velligeholdt. Morgenmad i top klasse i forhold til prisen. Alt i alt er godt og hyggeligt hotel med venlig personale. De har dagligt flere gratis afgang til ao nang stand.

udmærket hotel med store værelser og kæmpe altaner. De er lidt fedtede med håndklæder og toilet papir, men ellers fin daglig rengøring. Kedelig morgenmad hvis man ikke er til Thai retter om morgenen.

It is a nice hotel, a bit quiet and off the craziness that is Ao Nang, but that might be nice. Courtesy taxi going to the beach. Back you have to pay a small fee. Staff was very nice and helpfull!

Nice and quiet hotel

It was a nice and quiet hotel. Clean. Staff were all very friendly. Just that the water heater isn't hot enough for a warm shower and hotel is a little far from the main beach area. But overall it was a nice experience staying here :)

Skulle inte bo här igen

Jag och min sambo bodde här i 6 nätter. Vi tyckte inte hotellet var speciellt bra. Myror lite här och där.. vi fick en sprayburk å ta bort dem med som vi fick hämtade varannan dag.. sista natten blev vi tillfrågade om att byta rum. Vi åt på deras "restaurang" en dag vilket vi inte gjorde om igen, Under all kritik! Hotellet har inget bra läge. Fint pool område. Och rummet var ok bortsett från myrorna.

Clean and Basic

Ojämn dusch temperatur. TV gammal och trasig. Bra säng, men tjocka och hårda kuddar. Bra WiFi. Rymligt rum. frukost OK, saknar ost. Trevlig personal. Gratis transfer till stan, man får betala ca 50 bath for en person för att ta sig hem med tuktuk

Hezký hotel na klidném místě

Hotel je umístěný 150m od silnice na klidném místě. V docházkové vzdálenosti od pláže 10-15minut. Pokoje dostatečně velké, čisté a s obrovskou koupelnou. Dobré bufetové snídaně. Personál vstřícný a ochotný. Jediné negativum byl extrémně přechlórovaný bazén!!!

Ylitti odotukset!

Olimme ystäväni kanssa kyseisessä hotellissa ja se ylitti odotuksemme. Hotelli oli aivan loistava kaikin puolin. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja ihan hyvä laadultaan. Huone oli mahtava ja todella iso parveke! Allasalue oli siisti ja hyvä kuntoinen, siellä vietti mielellään aikaa. Läheisimmälle rannalle pääsi todella mukavasti joko kävellen tai ilmaisella kuljetuksella joka kulki useamman kerran päivän aikana. Hotellilta sai myös vuokrattua skootterin todella hyvään hintaan. Henkilökunta todella mukavaa ja monet puhuivat englantia hyvin. Ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Täydellinen hotelli meille!! Pelkkää plussaa sanottavaa :)

Siisti hotelli hieman syrjässä

Hotelli on vähän kaukana rannasta, mutta hotellista menee ilmainen kuljetus päiväsaikaan. Kävelläkin voi, mutta kävelymatka autojen seassa ei ole kovin miellyttävä. Hotelli on siisti ja palvelu ystävällistä. Aamiainen monipuolinen.

Good to chill, away from main road, poor Wifi

1) Hotel - Nice place to relax near two large pools, superior rooms are large, decently maintained 2) Location - Bit away from the main road, convenient once you have a scooter 3) Hospitality - No extra efforts by the staff. Even for In House Guests insisted on passport deposit for Bike Rental 4) WiFi - Multiple connections, very slow, no connection in our room 5) Breakfast - Great spread. Quite delicious as well

Basic, no frills hotel with a great staff

This is a basic no-frills hotel. There's nothing fancy about the rooms. It's clean and the AC works well. The rooms are spacious but there is no furniture apart from the bed and an ottoman. Bathroom has very basic amenities - soap and shampoo. Water pressure is good. The bath mat we were given looked old and ratty. No Kleenex. Wifi is free but the speed is a bit slow. Breakfast has continental and local cuisine. The staff is super wonderful though. They're friendly and helpful and will go out of the way to help. There was a mixup on our part about the shuttle time to the beach, but one of the staffers brought the car back around and still took us. The hotel is located about a 10min drive to the beach. It's not close to the main road but if you walk out of the hotel driveway, turn right and walk about 10min, there's a strip of restaurants, massage parlors, and a convenience store. It's about a half hour walk to the main road. For the price we paid, this hotel is good.

Bra hotell

Fint hotell med två lite mindre trevliga pooler. Fina rum, känns fräscha och moderna för priset. God mat i restaurange, hyfsas frukostbuffé. Ett minus är hotellets läge, ca 20 min gång från stan. Men hotellet ordnar med gratis skjuts ner till stan några gånger på morgonen och kvällen. Bra standard för priset. Andra gångem vi valt detta hotell.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed

So here goes my star rating Hotel: 2/5 Staff: -2/5 ( that's a negative rating) Wifi: -3/5 Breakfast: 2/5 Room: 1/5 Bathroom: 2/5 Location: 1/5 Problem Areas: Room has a weird smell in it all the time The wifi is so weak that it's almost non existent Staff is negative 100 in terms of their helpfulness Breakfast does not get replenished in time if items get over Saw ants crawling on the breakfast buffet area but no staff was cleaning that
