I can’t say enough good things about this resort! Banhoek Lodge completely blew me away! Elegant styling, & incredible views! Plus, all the staff members we, so warm & welcoming. I booked a wine tour online, & the company did not pick me up my girlfriend, & I. The staff at Banhoek Lodge tried their best to help me get in contact with the company that was supposed come and pick me up. After all of our failed attempts, they found another local company to take my girlfriend, & I around Stellenbosch for the day. The tour guide that they suggested was amazing! They save the day! I only had one day to experience Stellenbosch & they turned a horrible experience into a memorable one! I’ve stay at some of the best hotels in the world, from the Ritz, to the Jumeirah properties in Dubai.. & the service, hospitality, warmth, & helpfulness ranks right up there with them! Thank you for an amazing experience, and all the help that you given my girlfriend, & I during our trip to Stellenbosch. I would refer your property to anyone who asked about staying in Stellenbosch.
