I really don’t understand why this place gets so many negative reviews. People need to learn how to read and maybe they won’t struggle so much with the checking in lol. I stayed here for 10 days and everything was great! Rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean. Staff are lovely and the location is great! My only down is the pool not being deep enough but other than that I’m very very happy and I’d like to say thanks!

Only disappointed that we didn’t get to visit the spa for free or discounted at least. If you do want to visit them you have to book far in advance and struggle with the website. The pool was great and accessible for free, amazing view and clean. The hotel and service was amazing. There are a lot of places to eat in the area but the opening times are sometimes a bit unfortunate. Not really any places to socialize or party. But very recommended for a place to relax!

Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself. Yes, the rooms are fair for the price and the bathrooms are lovely, but the customer service is so awful that it didn't feel worth it at the end.

Bu otel biraz daha ucuz ama bunun yerine 300 m mesafede bulunan aynı gruba bağlı RVHotels Broquetas Spa Termal otelini tavsiye ediyorum açık hava termal havuz, resepsiyon hizmeti ve kahvaltı var ve fiyatları bu otelden birkaç yüz tl pahalı ama kesinlikle bahçesi ile ve imkanları ile değer bu paraya. her iki otelde Barselona merkezdeki hostellerden ucuz.

Pues la estancia bastante deprimente. Habitación 215 sin cama de matrimonio. Yun sillón rojo con más kms que que dar la vuelta al mundo. Encima lo miras de cerca y está lleno de lefadas.... No parecen manchas normales de tomarte un vaso de agua y manchar sin querer el sillón. Poca luz. Inmobiliario impersonal.

Hotel bonito muy elegante. Pero a pesar que se reservó habitación de no fumadores, nos entregaron una habitación que estaba impregnada en tabaco. Llamamos a front Desk (pues no hay recepción presencial humana) y no nos cambiaron la habitación. Abrimos las ventanas varias horas, pero el olor no se iba. Por urgencia y necesidad, tocó aceptar dormir con ese olor terrible
