Stained old towels for use in bathroom. No drinking water facilities not even on sale. No personel to direct in passage ways to find bedroom. Bonita, el elevador es muy pequeño, tina de baño muy vieja o sin mantenimiento, no me gusto que la regadera estaba arriba de la tina, habia un foco fundido en el area del baño. No tiene restaurante y la alberca no te da ganas de estar en ella.

En una ocasión anterior me había hospedado y si bien no es un hotel nuevo estaba limpio y cómodo. Debido me atrevi a recomendar para un grupo que fuimos en total 6 habitaciones. En una el baño estaba tapado, otra salio un gusano de la regadera 3 de las habitaciones no contaban con agua caliente y para terminar una cucaracha en la mía. A nuestra llegada otro huésped se quejó de lo mismo. Al quejarme en recepción solo me dijeron que no tenían mas habitaciones. Una muy mala experiencia además de la vergüenza que me hicieron pasar con las personas a las que les recomendé el hotel.

Reservé la "mejor habitación" que cuenta con tina de hidromasaje y todo fue bastante malo. Muebles con manchas, colchón viejo y ruidoso, frigobar manchado y viejo. Existe una puerta dentro de la habitación que pone un metro de " no abrir" y esto es porque tiene acceso directo a otra habitación, literalmente escuchas cada respiro de los huéspedes de alado y ellos te escuchan a ti... El baño para nada tiene privacidad (como la habitación en general) pues la ventana da a un corredor donde la gente pasa para ir a sus habitaciones, la dichosa tina la encontré sucia, con pedazos de jabón y CABELLOS! la regadera llena de sarro...(Realice el reporte y no hicieron absolutamente nada). El internet era intermitente, el elevador es viejo y da la sensación de que va a caerse. El peor hospedaje en el que he estado y lo peor es el costo que pagué por esta mala experiencia.

Baños sucios con mal olor, el aire no enfriaba solo porque habia ventilador la libramos tantito del calor, buros sucios con polvo, deje botellas de agua vacias y cuando regrese ahi seguian, la alberca tiene demaciado cloro me irrito la piel, para lo que me cobraron estuvo pesimo, crei que al ser suites quedaria con buena experiencias pero fue todo lo contrario

Los muebles y accesorios de la habitación están en mal estado, muy viejos, olor de humedad, una pared inflada, manchas de humedad en la cortina y baño, la puerta de la habitación se mueve con el viento debido a que está muy floja y es incómodo escucharla en la noche, las toallas grises de viejas. El área de la cocina tiene cochambre en la campana y parrilla.
