Staff was great! I showed up super early to check in because we lost power at Trollhaugen. Even in the midst of a renovation, and a panic of other guests, they were able to get me a room within 20 mins to accommodate me! If I’m ever back to Trollhaugen, this is where I’ll be staying. This property is under new management. Anthony was amazing. He went above and beyond to take care of us and make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was changed hands recently and the hotel is short of staff and the only staff on duty was Anthony. He was very helpful and switched our room at my request (we preferred a room on second floor). Also I asked if he can give us an extra blanket, he took a warm blanket out of laundry room and gave it to us right away. I am very happy with his service.
