The shower water never got warm and remained cold, the towels were very thin, and there were no complimentary toiletries like shampoo. Breakfast wasn’t offered either—just free coffee. Room needed a deep clean, The receptionist could neither clearly understand me nor I her (language barrier). Using the bath towels, you get both drying and exfoliation (rough). Chair used for the desk not conducive to computer work and made a terrible noise, transmitted to floor below, when moved across the floor. Elevator was scary (shaking and rumbling). Only coffee available in morning, only in morning and no other options (fruit, snack bar, donut, etc.) available. Location was convenient and secure. Parking plentiful and convenient. Room was quiet and slept well with a comfortable mattress. Met my most basic needs and amenities which was reflected in the price. No great expectations initially, again reflected in the price but a couple of pesos could be paid and spent to cover the negatives.
