I stayed at this hotel when it was key west and only one building. When I booked I was thinking it was just the same building different name. It’s now three separate buildings. I stayed in building 3 and it was ok. Room spacious but the room came off as cheap motel. Only can watch tv through apps and none of the apps work but Tubi and Roku channels. No daily housekeeping. Overly price for what they’re offering

Wanted to go to roof top bar before we left and there was vomit in the elevator, and they wouldnt let us use the stairs so we just left. Parking was horrible. Room was not clean. The sliding doors were horrible trying to get out to balcony. Pulled a muscle in my back trying to shut them. No in room coffee. No lobby coffee. So had to buy coffee at coffee shop below our room. Legs were all broke on both beds. Basically paying for the new rooftop bar and the view of the lake.👎
