Room was clean and beds were comfortable, standard older beachside motel that was perfect for our overnight stay for Rockville 2026! No hair dryer in the room and had to ask for toiletries. Otherwise, no issues.

The bathroom door was broken and chewed by rats along the whole bottom. The shower wall was broken and leaking. It smelled like mold, which I saw everywhere. The AC was gross smelling. Biggest waste ever. Had to get all my things sprayed for bed bugs.

Staff was veey helpful but they can only do so much. Property is in complete dissarray. Room isless than basic. Towels were equivalent of those brown paper towels you get in a bathroom that once water looks at them they are useless. There is a bed on some makeshift bed frame, crap sheets and blanket, a dresser, one chair, microwave on top of a minifridge. Thats it. No pictures, no decor, nothing. Bathroom was recently remodeled so thats nice!. You get what you pay for and when there was no hotels available by the racetrack this is what we got. Dont go outside after dark, diuble lock your door, and bring your own toiliteries, towels, and sheets.

This property has really potential. The was recently remodel, very clean and good ac. However, a few things could improve. The TV did not work, it had to be replaced 3 times and cable was not working, better towels for customers and there was not trash cans. It should be one in the bathroom and one the room. The staff try to assist, and it looks like they are making new renovations and improvements.
