Most terrible hotel that ive ever had in my live. The hotel was dirty, the reception were stupid, the beds were uncomfortable and the location is a horrible. They get to the point of stole things of their clients.

Solo traveller's experience

Fantastic value for money, and the location works very well too. Sure, the building and facilities are old, but I had no issue with that. Many people leave bad reviews because they simply are used to too much luxury. This hotel meets your needs, and I would stay here again. Reception is also extremely nice, which adds to the charm of this place. Some things I want to add (because some of the reviews I've seen are just people being silly): If you want to adjust the temperature of your room, look for the AC remote or ask for it! I made the mistake of not doing this the first night, but it was very straight forward, and the AC works great. Breakfast is either white or whole grain toast with only a few toppings (meats, cheese, egg). Cold yogurt and cereal was also available. It's not much, but it's breakfast and saves you time looking for a breakfast place in the morning. Yes. The shower temperature can vary. This is because you're not the only person using water in an 8-floor building. If the water gets too hot, step out of the stream of water. The shower is large enough to do that. I'm sorry, but the reviews complaining about this made me so confused. This place is a great budget option.

A bit expensive for the poor overall experience

Positive : good location, welcoming staff, clean room Negative : noisy cleaning staff in the morning, difficult to sleep after 8am, the shower was not working properly. You had to press a button continuously for the shower head to spray water. The shower drain does not empty properly and the air freshener does not smell very good.

The location is very sketchy. The "hotel" isn't close to the main squares. The "beds" are not beds they are cots with a hard mattress and one sheet. The rooms are extremely tiny. We were charged $10 euros per night because they had to rearrange the room for 3 beds when in fact they were cots 2" from each other. The shower water was scolding hot you couldn't get under the shower water. The water never got warm it was either extremely hot to scolding hot which is such a hazard, someone can get serious burned. You have to pay extra for air conditioner $10 euros per night. The "hotel" was so bad we only stayed 1 night even though we paid for 3 nights. We left early and lost money but I didn't care thats how bad it was.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, vor allem wenn man vom Flughafen Fiumicino kommt, kann man an der Station Travestere aussteigen und das Hotel innerhalb von 8 Minuten Fußweg erreichen. Das Zimm war sauber,Badezimmer auch. Wir hatten eine Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Fenster und Wände waren etwas dünn, sodass man schon etwas von Außen hören konnte. Was weniger gut war, war das Frühstück. Es gab Croissants, Kuchen und sonst Toastbrot, was natürlich wenig nach Abwechslung klingt. Es gab eine Sorte Käse und zwei Sorten Schinkenaufschnitt zur Auswahl. Sonst gekochte Eier und paar Sorten Marmelade und Nutella. Wenn es schnell gehen soll, ist es in Ordnung. Würde man das Frühstück im Hotel buchen, würde es 7 Euro kosten, was bei der Auswahl recht teuer wäre. Das Personal war freundlich. Wegen der Lage und des Preises würden wir das Hotel dennoch empfehlen.

Very quiet hotel and very clean great place to rest up for the night they had a little bistro area for continental breakfast which included coffee or tea toast yogurt fruit cereal meats n cheese etc Room was clean and tidy but only thing shower floor was very slippery so be very careful. Overall a decent budget hotel. The staff were friendly and the check-in/out process was very simple. I'd say the room was alright and did what you need. Some extra amenities like a fridge/microwave would be nice to have but generally it does the job especially as a budget hotel in trastevere. I'd say my only problem I personally had are the beds. When booking a double bed, you don't actually get a double bed and instead you get two single beds put together, which would be fine but we had to constantly shift and move around the matresses to keep them aligned snd especially fix the gap between them. I also found that the bed themselves were not very strong and near the end of my stay a few of the bed planks fell out which I had to temporarily slot back in myself. It caused some really difficult nights at times as I had to be careful that the planks didn't fall again or have more snap. Other than that one problem though everything else I'd say is good.

The staff was nice, but the hotel is more like a hostel than a hotel. It’s located far from the city center, and the area around the hotel feels a little unsafe. To get to the trainstation you have to walk in an underground with homeless people.

Dont judge a book by its cover

Not a great looking neighborhood, not a great exterior of the hotel, but once we checked in was great. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and very affordable.
