This was our third stay at The Residences at Biltmore, and I was a bit disappointed. The walls in the master bedroom need painting, and the balcony windows were very dirty. During our stay, there was a rainstorm, and when we returned to our room, we found water all over the floor by the door and the kitchen table. I tried calling the "24-hour" front desk, but there was no answer. I left a message but never received a return call. The next morning, I went to the front desk in person. The staff member didn’t seem very concerned and said she would send maintenance to check the door. I'm not sure if anyone ever came.

We were glad to stay just a block outside the Biltmore entrance. Very convenient for our vacation. We were a family of five. We reserved a 2 bedroom 2 bath and had plenty of room.

Best place in Asheville

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at in Asheville. Great location, Azalea was a delicious restaurant, super comfy beds. We will stay here again in the future!

Friendly customer service and property was nice. Hoy tub was under construction and only found out after trying to go there (was not mentioned at check in) and pool was locked with a combination lock (room key did not work). Room was great but found a wrapper next to the trash can in the bathroom from the guests before us. Some elevators were out of service which made carrying my suitcase to the room extremely difficult. Overall would recommend for the price I paid but if I paid more, I'd be disappointed.

Birthday trip to Biltmore house

Stay was excellent, better than expected. Clean, spacious and easy to find from Biltmore Ave. Beds were a little too firm and fireplace did not work, and no local tv channels available. But the kitchen was fully equipped, Wi-Fi was fine. Azalea bar & grill has very limiting hours of service during the week, so we ate out. But staff were nice and helpful. For the price we would def stay again.

Nice few days in Ashville

The Residences is a wonderful place to stay. We were planning on getting a hotel room , but found the Residences, which is really a condo. The price was excellent! Our condo was very roomy, clean, fully furnished.There was even a nice outdoor patio to sit at. We would stay there again.
