Such a convenient location! We left our car in the hotel lot and were able to walk around Montauk village to shop and eat! Hotel is steps away from Kirk Park Beach and provides chairs and umbrellas for guests to bring with them to the beach, such a perk! Will definitely be looking into staying here again for any future trips to Montauk.

This was our first trip to Montauk, and staying at the Ocean Resort Inn guaranteed we will be back! The resort is walkable to the beach and provides beach chairs and towels, and also within walking distance to the main town where the shops and restaurants are located. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with outdoor seating right outside the door. The staff was extremely friendly and provided information on the town and suggestions on where to go, what to see, and what to do--perfect for first timers like us! We had an incredible time staying here and will absolutely be back.

We chose this spot on a whim; centrally, located, and reasonably priced. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see how nice the actual property was. Scarlet at the front desk was sweet and very helpful. The property was well-maintained with cleaning staff and maintenance workers visibly present. Our room was very clean and spacious. The beach was a quick walk across the street & the pool was also very nice. Main Street with shopping, restaurants, etc., were all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

What a pleasant surprise! This place may look like a typical roadside motel from the outside, but the experience it offers is far beyond that. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome warm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and far more comfortable than we expected. Everything felt fresh and cared for. The location is absolutely perfect, just 1 minute walk from the beach and close to everything in Montauk, yet still quiet enough to relax and unwind. It’s one of those rare places that under-promises and over-delivers. A truly lovely and memorable experience hiding behind a humble exterior. Can’t wait to come back!
