It’s convenient when visiting my husband who works out there. Parking is great. Although both times I’ve stayed there the elevators were having issues and the AC wasn’t working to good. The tv in the living room area we could never her to work apparently they are new tv’s and haven’t been programmed that was also a both times I went to visit.

I was in town for a couple of days for work. To be fair the only reason people stay in this town is for oil and gas work. The hotels floor was very dirty from all the workers getting off work. The room had a permanent BO smelll so I got a candle to try and minimize it. Overall it was decent and I’m sure it’s hard to keep clean in sure a dirty environment.

Very pleasant and enjoyable time. Nice size room on the ground floor wuth a small kitchen. They have onsite shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion by DOVE😉. The trash cans were LARGE. Staff was so helpful and friendly always with a smile🙂. Easy in/out. They keep their floors cleaned daily with shampooing. It's an extended stay so no breakfast as you have a kitchen, but complimentary coffee. The oilfield workers are there and the hotel was still clean overall.

Don't know how reservations work.

We reserved a handicap cap room with two queen beds several weeks in advance and called the hotel in the early pm to let them know that we were going to arrive late. We arrived late to find out that they had given our room to someone that arrived earlier than us is what we were told. This incident reminds me of that episode in Seinfeld that they know how to take a reservation but not how to keep it. The room had been paid for even if we hadn't shown up at all. They ended up giving us a king size bed for a family of 4 with a kid in a wheelchair and said they didn't have a roll away bed or anything else to make up for their own mistake. I ended up sleeping on a recliner. Terrible customer service. Trying to get them to give us extra pillows was a laughing matter as well since I was told they could only provide one extra pillow and that is it.
