On arrival, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were comfortable. There is no coffee or tea in the rooms, but they are available for free (with cookies :-) ) at the reception seating area. Housekeeping is limited to asking if you need any clean towels, rooms aren't cleaned, and beds aren't made, which is a bit strange for a hotel. We asked if there was any service to inform us of the Northern lights. We were only told that the reception closes at 10 PM and that they might appear and disappear very quickly. The next morning at breakfast another guest told us he had seen the lights, and an app had alerted him... we now have that app, bit disappointed that the reception didn't suggest this.
