Super charming historic hotel! Perfect for history lovers. Best free breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. This is not like staying at a big chain, this is a family owned hotel. It’s quirky and unique but has a really good vibe—you can really feel the love. Would stay again.

This is an amazing place to stay. It is old and while it has everything one requires is not an upscale, modern facility, which is what makes it the treasure that it is. It is full of antiques, old photos and paintings and information about its own history. The player piano serenades for two minutes every hour on the hour throughout the day. The complimentary breakfast was good and staff friendly. It is easy to access and has onsite parking. We enjoyed our two night there.

Our room was beautiful and decorated with old-timey stuff, kinda like you're staying in an Edwardian grandma's guest room. AC was strong, water was hot and good pressure, bed comfy, Apple TV on the big-screen tv. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, both in taste and presentation, the best we'd had on the sunshine coast.

I loved the history of the building and all of the antiques. The breakfasts were excellent. The only disappointment was that Room 4 was supposed to be set up for early risers like me. Breakfast starts at 9 and I am often awake by 5:30. Room 4 did not have fruit or muffins as noted on the hotel card in our room. In fact it was in complete disarray with only a kettle and a few tea bags. Also could use instructions for TV. All in all enjoyed the stay

The hotel was was quirky in a wonderful way with a lot of collectibles and antiques thoughtfully arranged around the property. Our bed was very comfortable. This is a personal preference, I did not enjoy checking in by using the ring camera. I felt like I was bothering the staff member. In our room, the coffee pods had been previously used improperly and the sugars and creamers were old. The amenities room was not very clean and did not have any coffee pods I could get instead of the ones in our room. Our breakfast in the hotel was delicious and our waitress was very kind.
