Have nothing but good things to say about Donna and her hospitality at the motel. She made things very quick and painless for check-in. The room was very clean and renovated even though the hotel is old and rustic which is kind of quaint and relaxing. It's a great place to spend a few nights near the beach and the nightlife. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and thank you again Donna for your hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Surprisingly a sleeper for a great price. Definitely enjoyed my stay, the wifi was good, the place was clean, smelled great. Overall enjoyed it. The sheets were a little thin, but the pillows were nice and firm. Overall would stay again.

Property manager is very nice and very responsive to any needs or suggestions we had. All in all we had a very good stay. Like most of what I saw in Daytona Beach, this is an older facility, but is clean, comfortable and well managed. Certainly not the Ritz, but for two guys attending a conference is was more than adequate and a good value compared to the big high priced hotels in the area. I'll stay there again if I am in Daytona Beach.

111.98 I like it. Easy to get in & out. When is Daytona going to fix the beach access? Ramp has been closed over a year from previous storm damage!!

City needs to fix beach access ramps still broken over 1 year. you can climb or walk a long way round.

Check in details were not clear on the webpage and admin did not respond to email. I had to call twice to find a text is sent after the room is ready and would then receive check in information. Room was clean and conveniently located. Beach access directly across the road was closed due to storm damage (website needs update) and you had to walk a block or two down to access the beach which wasn't an issue.

The room was clean and comfortable; but the key they provided only works for the dead bolt. The manager thought i was incompetent like i didn't know how to unlock the door with the key she provided! A man who lives there she called, used a knife to unlock the door. I Never saw the manager the 4 days i stayed there!

I have stayed here before and liked it better then. Our recent stay was disappointing because the beach access was closed. It required a long walk in order to access the beach so we decided to drive to a park and of course had difficulty parking. Since i was unable to access the beach without driving, we could have gotten a room inland for a lot less money. Also, parking is very tight. I never saw any staff. I called a number on the office door when we arrived and got a lock box code.

The room smelled and looked very clean when we arrived. Office staff were not around often and hard to reach on checkout. We had not been told that to get room servoce, you have to hang a door hanger but that worked out ok. The beach was within walking distance, but farther than the one minute advertised because some beach access points were closed because of the storn. The room was small but bignenough for tlmy family of three. It has a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and utensils and i think dishes!
