Convenient for Grand Canyon

Great place to stay in Grand Canyon Park. Rooms a bit dated but comfortable enough and clean. Check in and out really efficient and friendly. Food options good and very tasty but not fine dining.

Great Stay at the Grand Canyon

We had a good stay at Yavapai Losge and the check in staff was amazing, going above and beyond to assist me with a booking issue. It’s in a great location (short walk to the Canyon Rim), and and central to the Canyon. I’d definitely stay here again. There is also a large general store that shares a parking lot with the lodge.

Starbucks in here

A friend and I stayed 2 nights here. The food and beer at the lodge was good, and so was the Starbucks inside the lobby! The shuttle is right out front and easy to use. Within walking distance to Mathers Point and Visitors Center.

Nice and comfortable stay

I enjoyed my stay here: the room was clean and spacious and close to the lobby and restaurants. I had some issues with getting the shower to work, but staff at the reception was very helpful and quickly explained to me how to operate it. It does seem a little price for the standard offered, but you’re clearly paying for the location.

Pet Friendly Site Conveniently Located

We traveled with our Australian Shepherd, Hobo, staying at the dog-friendly building at Yavapai Lodge. The room even had a kennel that Hobo was content sleeping in. It was great to walk the RimTrail.
