I was skeptical when I saw the very high ratings, because it is also the cheapest in the area. We crashed in our drive across Texas, and this place was perfect. Clean sheets, good functioning air conditioner, secure room, very clean minimalist restroom. Someone highly conscientious is running the place, as seen by the caulking, clean corners, and close attention to the small details of maintenance. All other comparably priced places have things such as dirt in corners, stained curtains, moldy tub caulk, etc. In sharpt contrast, this place is as good as it gets for a very basic room.

I booked this property cause it showed a pool that was pretty and clear and Continental breakfast did not exist. I did have a coffee pot but no pot. Coffee creamer and surger packets were already opened beds were nice rooms were fairly clean.

Don’t stay here !!!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs. Spend a little more. Front desk person very rude at check in Room dirty. No hair dryer. No hot water. No coffee n breakfast area in morning. And to top it off, I left a suitcase in the room by accident because I was in a hurry getting into an appointment in the morning didn’t realize it until mid afternoon. Call back to see if they could put it aside. I would come back to get the guy again is very rude and said no we are going to charge you for an extra day or throw away the suitcase with all the belongings, I found this extremely shocking he said they could not read the room because there was a suitcase on one of the beds of course they could’ve simply picked up the suitcase put it in the office and I would’ve picked it up there he said that they aren’t not allowed to rent a room. Something is left inside that’s ridiculous so if I let the toothbrush in there, they couldn’t rent the room. The place wasn’t full anyway I would not be surprised if there are bedbugs, roaches, etc.. The place is dirty. Spend a few extra dollars and stay in one of the other hotels in Eastland. Avoid this place at all. Cost bad customer service nasty rooms. Just a very very poor run outfit.
