Older rooms, very cold ceramic tile floors, bring something warm for your feet! Lakeside. Heat is run through a/c and is ver loud. No decaf coffee but a good assortment of others. No wash cloth. Linens ok. No check in or check out they just left the key in the room when it was ready.

This hotel is going through a management change and new staffs. We didnt have a microwave oven in the room and the toilet flush was not functioning properly and the shower didnt have a head so the water was just gushing out. Room was nice and has great lake views just outside. Receptionist was new but did a good job helping us through the stay. Overall a nice hotel close to the lake and hopefully the new management will be able to fix the amenties.

Path way to room was not cleared and had 6” of snow in it that you had to walk through. There is no front desk attendant present on site so the flowers I ordered could not be delivered. I was met in the parking lot by a man and was checked in on his phone that had problems loading while we stood outside awkwardly waiting.
