The staff outside of the hotel and the parking staff are not helpful , not helping to move the luggage to the car for two old ladies until we ask for help. It's an old Hotel and is a bit old fashioned in the decor and room layout. But the staff and service are fantastic and there a several restaurants on site along with a bar. I had breakfeast every day of my 5 day stay and it was good, especially the omelette station and onigiri which are made to order. The location is great there are many shopping stores nearby and Tenjin station is only a 5 minutes walk away. The frontdesk helped me with a restaurant booking and taxi booking for a day trip away from the city.

I loved staying at the Nishitetsu Grand Hotel. Everything was elegant and the staff were very helpful and kind. Although the room was outdated, all the important things were great. The mattress was perfect - slept so well. The sheets were also fresh and clean. The bathroom in the double room was large and so were the towels. And the location was incredibly convenient, too. Oh and the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had in Japan.
