It was clean, convenient and the owner was super friendly and helpful.

Despite showing up when expected our host was not there. Never did see the host to explain the accommodations. It was difficult to find and also to get settled in with the 3 1/2 flights of stairs. It's a 5 min walk to the Rialto Bridge or St Mark's square. So it's location is good that way. But the restaurants in the area a bit expensive. It is advertised as a "BnB" but we never saw the "and Breakfast". There is a fridge and stove top, but no place to eat. The room itself was sizeable and the bed was queen sized. A/C worked. The on-suite bathroom was well equipped but extremely cramped. I'd rate the room as very good, but poor service.

A very nice and clean hotel located on 3’rd floor, no elevator. Friendly and very service minded staff.

Charming room on top floor. No view, but compensated by being very quiet and private. Very comfortable bed, and central heating was on in view of unseasonably cold weather. Ensuite bathroom and fridge in room. Full kitchen facilities. On third floor, with no elevator. This was a bit of a problem as I had heavy suitcase to drag up on arrival, although Stefano carried it down for me when I left; he also stored my bags and gave me front door to retrieve them later. Stairs a bit of a problem as I am not in my first flush of youth, but they were manageable. Fabulous location half way between the Rialto and San Marco.

The location of this place is perfect, it is a very nice area. Its has a beautiful terrace, and its very confortable. We loved it.

Séjour Venise Chambre deux personnes

Points positifs: Les explications de Stephano ont été très claires pour rejoindre le logement malgré une arrivée tardive. Le lieu du logement est idéal, vous pourrez faire tout à pied. Points négatifs: Au niveau du confort, nous avions la chambre séparée de la salle de bain (extrèmement petite). L'eau ne reste chaude que le temps de deux douches, ce qui est décevant. La chambre était spacieuse mais les murs sont très fins et bruyante (dame de chambre discute au téléphone devant votre porte dès 08h du matin jusqu'à votre réveil). N'oubliez pas, une taxe de séjour de 4eur/pers/nuit vous sera demandée en plus du prix de la chambre. Bon voyage à tous!

Venice weather was around 5 to 10c and they did not have hot water for shower. The heater was broken and we were not able to have a simple shower without improvise. It was frustrating after 12 hours traveling from US.

Camera in appartamento condiviso carino, in ottima posizione fra Piazza S.Marco e il Ponte di Rialto. Unico problema il bagno era esterno alla camera e un pò troppo piccolo. L'acqua calda della doccia poi finiva troppo velocemente. Personale comunque disponibile e gentile.
