While Larry was amazing for our group checking in the whole process was a disaster. They didn’t have rooms for us, said they were oversold, tried to give us one king bed when we had 3 adults. It was a mess! There were several of us with rooms there for a baseball tournament. It took an hour and a half for them to work it out and somehow magically had queen rooms to give us at the end. Larry was great though, this was just above him and he was relying on others to help him!

Niece's Wedding Weekend...

Our 2 night stay was very, very nice!! Our initial contact upon arrival was with the front desk manager, I'm guessing at his title. Extremely friendly man...Next-up was a very friendly lady who did the actual check-in. We arrived an hour Before the 3PM check-in, but she allowed us to check in anyway. She was so friendly, helpful, cheerful...What a breath of fresh air!!! Unfortunately, we didn't ask her name or look too closely at her name tag. She helped us with a recommendation of where to order pizza from & gave us great directions to get around Waxahachie, TX. BUT, THE BEST PART: She allowed us to gather w/family in the hotel lobby & partake of some wine. We were in Waxahachie for a niece's wedding and afterwards, many of us gathered in the hotel lobby!!! Will definitely stay here again!!
