Parking was fine. Internet was slow, but steady. Staff was good on checkin, but when we checked out, we told them the heat wasn't working like the evening before. She wanted to argue and said it was working. When I said I knew how to operate a thermostat, she said obviously NOT. Why argue - just say thank you and ignore if nothing else. Really colored my stay. I have stayed here multiple times - not sure I'll be back.....
