The location was great, staff very friendly, however the bath was dirty (had a black ring around it) the shower gel container was empty, the basin was dirty and there was only one bath towel for 2 people. The bed was extremely soft so we both woke up with sore backs.

location is brilliant walking distance from most restaurants the strand etc My only complaint is the Outside private Car park it's very unsatisfactory if you're in a big vehicle trying to get out. You will notice vehicle's have scrapped against the building previously

This property included parking in the price which is great. Unfortunately the property looks shabby and unkempt from outside and is decorated in very miserable colours inside giving it a dated feel.

We were disappointed that the Greek Restaurant was closed for refurbishment - which was the only reason we stayed here rather than down the road. Knowing that it is now going to be an Italian smorgasboard style place - we won't be back. The parking area was too small for the size of cars in the area.

The room, carpeted, smelled musty and everything was not spotless. It was impossible to open the windows to air out the room, and the air conditioner was slightly noisy. We slept poorly, especially because of the smell, and were really disappointed. However, the reception staff were very friendly.

From the minute we stepped in the door we were given excellent customer service by the friendly staff. The room was a good size. Very clean comfortable. Good value for money. Would stay there again. Shower pressure was light on. Everything else very good. Recommend staying there. Restaurant Greek food was awesome for the price.

The property was very clean. So much so that the aroma of bleach is quite strong. But what can I say, I guess that's preferable to it not being clean. Reception staff are lovely and helpful and on the Saturday night I stayed it was very quiet and the beds are very comfortable.

Arrived early and was checked in straight away. Given a good overview of hotel services as well as advice on local attractions and services. Room service was exceptional and they confirmed with me for any concerns. There were none. I liked the direct line to the Taxi's and they were a very prompt service. I offered suggestions when checking out and they were noted... Not merely acknowledged
